Orchard House is a 10,000 square foot development by Sabian Homes.  SMS carried out all aspects of the electrical and A/V installation, from design to installation, installing Savant Automation, Lutron Lighting Control, IC Realtime CCTV Ruckus Managed WiFi and Sonance Ceiling Speakers.
