This was a 10,000sq ft executive home Built for a private developer. The property benefited from distributed video and audio systems, video entry along with a lighting control systems. The entire building was pre-wired to allow for any additional equipment that the end user may want to install, to expand the system to there own personal requirements, this enabled the developer to keep the cost to a budget that he was comfortable with.
